- No-show papers will not be published in IEEE Xplore.

- At least one author should complete registration in the system after receiving Acceptance Notification.

- An author can only registe for TWO Full Papers.

Notes:

1. The early bird discount will be valid until Oct. 10, 2024 23:59 Beijing Time (UTC/GMT +8.00). Please note that you can only get early-bird discount if you pay the fee before October, 10. Once this date has passed, even if you register, you are not entitled to enjoy discount.

2. Please be advised that Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status. Student rate will not be applied for students who have a full-time job.

3. Registration Fee Includes:

- Admission to all conference workshops, plenaries, sessions, and posters.

- Meals during the conference

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Any bank charge or service charge entailed by the refund have to be borne by the registrant.  Participants may, however, transfer the registration to another person, instead of cancelling.

- An official writing to the Secretariate of ACP/IPOC 2024 by email is required. (acp@learningconf.cn)
