Presentation Guidelines
Tutorial/Keynote/Invited/Oral: 45/45/30/15 minutes, including Q & A.
Presenters are required to be in the session room at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled talk to upload and check their PPT. No shows of the presentation will be recorded and these papers will not be published. If you attend the conference but do not present your report at the scheduled time, your attendance will be deemed invalid and the paper will not be published either.
Poster: Recommended Poster Size: 1.2m (Height) * 0.8m (Width)
There is no fixed template for Poster. Authors can make it according to their needs. Presenters should put up their poster before the poster session starts. Each board has a Control ID on it, please note whether it is your own Control ID. Presenters are also required to be standing by their poster during poster session to answer questions and further discuss their work with attendees. During poster session, staff will record no-show posters and these papers will not be published. Posters put up after the end of the poster session will be counted as invalid posters, and papers will not be published either. Therefore, we strongly recommend authors to put up posters at least an hour before the poster session starts and not remove posters until an hour after the session ends. Best Poster Award will be selected during poster session.
